Bitterman's Sel Gris - Our signature sel gris (French for "grey salt") with bold taste, high moisture content and nice mineral balance. This sea salt is ideal for finishing roasted and grilled meats and hearty root vegetables. It is great sprinkled on meats, hard cheeses, and crushed and mixed into pie crusts when baking. Use a generous handful to salt your pasta water!
